The Authority’s Corporate structure has the Managing Director/CEO as the Head and 2No. Executive Directors, namely: Executive Director (Housing Finance, Accounts and Corporate Services) and Executive Director (Business Development).
The Authority’s operational Directorates are as follows:
- OFFICE OF THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE: This comprises of: Office of the MD/CEO, GM(L/SB), GM (P &GD), DGM (S,P,S&A), AGM (Audit) and AGM (PAG).
- HOUSING FINANCE, ACCOUNTS & CORPORATE SERVICES DIRECTORATE: The Directorate is Headed by the Executive Director (HF,A&CS) and assisted by 2No. General Managers as Departmental Operational Heads, namely: - GM (F & A) and GM (CS).
- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTORATE: The Directorate is Headed by Executive Director (BD) and assisted by 6No. General Managers as Departmental Operational Heads, namely: - GM(HP), GM (P& ZC), GM (Construction), GM (Property Management), GM(Pre-Projects) and G M (Quality Control)
